Personal Project Check-In #2

This isn’t gonna be a long one. Keeping up with work on my clothing rework project, I’ve started a rework of a dress I have. It was already too small so I had cut the arm holes to be bigger ages ago, but now I’m reworking it into a skirt. I’ve based this on a pattern I found (https://tianascloset.com/index.php/2022/06/08/layla-midi-pencil-skirt-free-pdf-sewing-pattern/). I cut out all the pieces and I’m excited to put it all together, however, I might need to install an invisible zipper which is a little daunting. I’ve done zippers before but I’m not sure how well I executed it.

I’ve also taken some photos that I will transform into illustrated patches I’m making for a shirt I own. It’s a great cotton long-sleeve but it has a silly corporate graphic on it (ew).
